Ahi Tuna Poke

Description

Simple, flavorful tuna poke. Serve with avocado and pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Asian chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 2 lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Whisk scallion
  2. soy sauce
  3. chili-garlic sauce
  4. sesame oil
  5. rice vinegar
  6. and red pepper flakes in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Add tuna cubes and toss until well coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Serve with avocado and fresh lime wedges.
