Grilled Dover Sole in Foil

Description

Easy, quick fresh sole on the grill. No mess, no cleanup. Fresh chervil can do nicely here, in moderation.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lobster base (such as Better Than Bouillon ®), or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 Dover sole fillets
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste
  • 3 sprigs fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Lebanese zaatar
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
