- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups water
