- 1 yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup chopped carrot
- orange, zested
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ cups cooked rice (Optional)
