Beth’s Baked Fish

Description

A very quick, easy, and flavorful dish to prepare when you are short on time. Use your favorite white fish.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 (4 ounce) fillets cod fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Stir melted butter
  3. seasoned salt
  4. dill weed
  5. and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Pour into a large baking dish. Add cod fillets and turn to coat both sides.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until cod flakes easily with a fork
  7. 20 to 30 minutes.
