Salmon Burgers

Description

Delicious and quick burgers!

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix salmon
  2. oats
  3. onion
  4. egg
  5. lemon juice
  6. mustard
  7. salt
  8. and black pepper in a bowl until evenly combined. Divide and shape mixture into four patties.
  9. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; pan-fry salmon patties until heated through
  10. about 7 minutes on each side.

Cook Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 25 mins
