Grilled Tuna Fish Steaks

Description

Very easy, but oh so good! This recipe will work with just about any kind of fish steak.

Ingredients

  • 8 (3 ounce) fillets fresh tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup sherry
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Place tuna steaks in a shallow baking dish. In a medium bowl
  2. mix soy sauce
  3. sherry
  4. vegetable oil
  5. fresh lime juice
  6. and garlic. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the tuna steaks
  7. and turn to coat. Cover
  8. and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  9. Preheat grill for high heat.
  10. Lightly oil grill grate. Place tuna steaks on grill
  11. and discard remaining marinade. Grill for 3 to 6 minutes per side
  12. or to desired doneness.
