Thai Peanut Stir Fry Sauce

Description

This is the best peanut stir fry sauce I ever tasted. I like to double this recipe to make more sauce to pour over rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar
  2. soy sauce
  3. peanut butter
  4. brown sugar
  5. garlic powder
  6. ginger
  7. and cayenne pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until brown sugar is dissolved and sauce is smooth
  8. about 5 minutes.
