Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

Description

Classic tapioca pudding is made with very little hassle in a slow cooker. There is no need to presoak small tapioca pearls prior to cooking.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • ⅔ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup small pearl tapioca
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Stir together the milk
  2. sugar
  3. tapioca
  4. and eggs in a slow cooker. Cover
  5. and cook on Medium for 3 hours
  6. or on Low for 6 hours
  7. stirring occasionally. Serve warm.

Cook Time: 3 hrs

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins

Servings: 8
