Wedding Cake Frosting

Description

Buttercream icing for wedding cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup shortening
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons clear imitation vanilla extract
  • 8 cups confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and shortening together until smooth. Gradually add the sugar
  2. milk
  3. and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
