Delicious Artichoke Dip

Description

This hot artichoke dip is the life of any party. Serve hot with celery, toasted bread or crackers.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl
  3. stir together mayonnaise
  4. sour cream
  5. Parmesan cheese and onion. When these ingredients are combined
  6. mix in artichoke hearts
  7. lemon juice
  8. salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20 minutes
  10. or until light brown on top.
