Easy Tomato Sauce

Description

Easy and yummy tomato sauce with few ingredients. Tasty.

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tablespoon tomato puree
• salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat
2. cook onion in olive oil until translucent. Stir in tomatoes
3. cook until juice begins to thicken. Stir in puree
4. salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes more
5. until rich and thick.
