Description
This is actually a very easy and fast dish. I ‘came across’ this a few years back by just experimenting. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! It is great with a tossed salad, or with tater tots and a vegetable. Bon Appetit!
Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Season chicken on both sides with lemon-pepper seasoning
- onion powder
- and garlic powder; transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip chicken and bake until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear
- about 15 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
