Description
Very nice cookies with a good mix of sweet and salty flavors. Passed down from my grandmother.
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups crushed salted potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
- Mash together butter
- sugar
- and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy and well combined. Mix in flour a little at a time until incorporated. Gently fold in potato chips. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are golden brown
- about 15 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
