Easy Sausage Cheese Balls

Description

These are great for appetizers or for breakfast! Sausage cheese balls may be frozen before or after baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Mix cheese
  3. sausage
  4. and dry baking mix together in a large bowl until well combined; shape mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through
  6. about 12 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Serve hot.
