Sour Cream Biscuits

Description

These biscuits are light and fluffy. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour
  2. salt
  3. baking soda
  4. and baking powder. Add sour cream and mix to a soft dough. Add additional water if necessary.
  5. With well floured hands shape dough into round biscuit shapes. Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 12 minutes.
