Simple Beef Flavored Gravy

Description

A quick and easy gravy made with beef bouillon, flour, onion and butter. Serve over mashed potatoes, if desired.

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups water
• 3 teaspoons beef bouillon
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 onion, chopped
• ¼ cup butter

Instructions

1. Combine water

3. flour
4. onion and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until thickened.
