Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Description

Nobody will beg for the end pieces anymore, because they all come out like end pieces with these individual serving turkey meatloaf muffins.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cubed (Optional)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Combine ground turkey
  3. Cheddar cheese
  4. onion
  5. bread crumbs
  6. milk
  7. eggs
  8. Worcestershire sauce
  9. garlic
  10. salt
  11. and pepper in a large bowl; mix well with your hands.
  12. Drop scoops of the turkey mixture into the muffin tin using a large ice cream scoop.
  13. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown
  14. about 45 minutes.
