Pineapple Stuffing

Description

A scrumptious pineapple and bread cube stuffing that is great as a side dish with ham. I often make this dish for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup margarine
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Cream margarine and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time
  3. then add pineapple and bread cubes. Place the mixture into the baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Let it sit a few minutes to firm up before serving.
