Slow Cooker Italian Beef

Description

This recipe is quick and delicious! I use the broth as an au jus with the sandwiches. Yummy Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth

Instructions

  1. Combine roast beef
  2. dry dressing mix
  3. pepperoncini
  4. and beef broth in a slow cooker. Cook over medium-high heat until hot
  5. about 1 hour.
