Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Simple, yummy scalloped potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Arrange sliced potatoes in the casserole dish; season with salt.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour until a paste forms. Pour in milk gradually
