Chia Seed Power Balls

Description

Chia seed balls gives you a great healthy snack that is quick and easy. You can let these sit out overnight or just eat them immediately instead of refrigerating. You can use any combination of dried fruit. I use kitchen scissors to cut up the dried fruit.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 cups chia seeds
  • 2 cups pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 cups diced dried pineapple
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 ½ cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup diced dried mango
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 cup wheat germ (Optional)
