Beer Cheese Dip from Snack Factory®

Description

This creamy dip with two kinds of cheese, a hint of garlic, and your favorite beer makes a classic crowd-pleaser served with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • ½ cup beer
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Paprika
  • 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly spray a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place shredded cheese
  3. softened cream cheese
  4. garlic cloves
  5. and beer in a food processor. Process until combined and smooth. Add cornstarch and a dash of paprika; process a little more to combine. Spread mixture in prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until bubbling
  7. about 35 minutes. Serve with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.
