Sweet Hummus

Description

This is so simple and easy, I can’t believe I didn’t make it sooner. Smooth and sweet, it goes great with pita chips or dipping vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained with liquid reserved
  • 5 pitted prunes, or more to taste
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
