Pupu Balls

Description

Don’t let the name scare you!! I remember my mother making these 30 years ago. The longer they stay in the sauce the better they are. Serve from the slow cooker to keep them warm.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger whiskey

Cook Time: 30 mins

Total Time: 40 mins
