Zesty Bean Dip

You can’t go wrong with this fast and easy bean dip. It’s perfect with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat
  2. mix refried beans
  3. taco seasoning mix and tomato. Allow the mixture to simmer approximately 20 minutes
  4. stirring occasionally.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a medium serving bowl. Top with Cheddar cheese and serve warm.
