Description
These Buffalo wings are great for families to enjoy on the weekend.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- 15 chicken wings
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 pinch white sugar (Optional)
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix tomato sauce
- coconut sugar
- cayenne
- chili sauce
- cumin
- coriander
- pepper
- and salt together in a large bowl. Add chicken wings; toss to coat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place an oven-proof wire rack over the foil. Place marinated wings on the rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven until wings are browned and dry
- about 20 minutes.

- and salt in a bowl to make the salsa.
- Transfer chicken wings to a large plate and pour salsa over the top.
