A delicious Auto Immune Protocol Diet (AIP) alternative to mayo. Perfect as a dip for sweet potato fries!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
  • 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
