Tajin® Roasted Nuts

Description

Plain mixed nuts are kicked up a notch by adding the tangy and spicy flavors of Tajin® seasoning. They are a perfect party snack and go well with a nice cold beer.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place nuts into a medium bowl. Mix butter and chili-lime seasoning together in a small bowl; pour over nuts and toss until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread out into a single layer.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until nuts are lightly browned
  4. 18 to 20 minutes
  5. stirring every 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and place nuts on a paper towel-lined plate. Let cool completely before serving or storing.
