Healthier Annie’s Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

We reduced the sugar and increased the whole grain fiber, making this easy to make fruit salsa and cinnamon tortilla chips healthier than ever. Great as an appetizer or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 Golden Delicious apples – peeled, cored and diced
  • 8 ounces raspberries
  • 1 pound strawberries, divided
  • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
  • 10 (10 inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
  • butter flavored cooking spray
  • ⅓ cup cinnamon sugar
