Mighty Melon Green Tea Smoothie

Description

Cantaloupe, pear, and pineapple team up with green tea and mint for a light and lovely smoothie. Yogurt adds protein to make it a delicious meal replacement.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed green tea (such as Gold Peak®), chilled
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 pear, cored and cut into chunks
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine tea

  6. and mint leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth.
