Marshmallow Dip for Strawberries

Description

Makes lots, but you can alter the quantities to suit how many you are cooking for.

Ingredients

• 1 cup marshmallows
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 cup cream cheese

Instructions

1. Combine marshmallows and water in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until marshmallows are melted and smooth
2. about 2 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese in a bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Stir about 3 tablespoons marshmallow mixture
4. adding more as needed
5. into whipped cream cheese until desired sweetness is reached.
