Avocado Strawberry Smoothie

Description

The avocado gives it a great texture. This is a great pick-me-up smoothie after a work-out. Also a really pretty smoothie if you’re having guests over for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 4 frozen whole strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed meal (Optional)
