  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
