Description
Fresh vegetables and a rich variety of seasonings make this a great springtime or summer dish for a party or a family picnic. I used this recipe to feed over 100 people and it went over fabulously. It also makes a fabulous side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 head fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
