Ingredients
- 1 banana, broken into chunks
- ½ cup mixed frozen berries
- ½ cup shredded kale
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 10 almonds (Optional)
Instructions
- Combine banana

- and yogurt in a blender; blend until smooth
