Ingredients
- 4 pounds browned ground beef
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can sweet corn
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 2 (1.25 ounce) packages taco seasoning
Instructions
- Combine ground beef
- tomatoes
- broth
- kidney beans
- black beans
- enchilada sauce
- corn
- chilies
- and taco seasoning in a slow cooker; mix well.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours.
