Crunchy Passover Cookies

Description

These are wonderful crunchy cookies that are perfect for Passover.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups farfel
  • 2 cups matzo meal
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 baking sheets.
  2. Combine farfel
  3. matzo meal
  4. sugar
  5. pecans
  6. cinnamon
  7. and salt in a bowl. Add eggs and oil and mix together until well combined. Mix in raisins. The dough will seem dry and crumbly
  8. but will hold together after baking.
  9. Drop dough by tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Press lightly to hold together
  10. if necessary.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven until golden
  12. about 30 minutes.
