That won’t be to great for your health, but I think most of you can indulge in a simple guilty pleasure such as this one. With the recipe comes a story… Once upon a time a fairy and a troll had a child they later named Leonardo, he was short and loved rainbow, gold, and green. He wants this pie! Serve with whipped cream and ice cream. Sprinkles don’t hurt either!
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- ½ cup key lime juice
- 2 tablespoons key lime zest
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 drops green food coloring, or as needed
