Black Raspberry Cobbler

Description

This black raspberry cobbler is the best cobbler recipe I have ever tried.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 ¼ cups white sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 ½ cups black raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Pour melted butter into an 11×7-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix 1 cup sugar
  4. flour
  5. milk
  6. and baking powder together in a bowl. Pour on top of melted butter in the baking dish
  7. making sure not to stir. Place black raspberries on top of mixture
  8. making sure not to stir. Top with remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until crust is browned and set
  10. 30 to 40 minutes.

Cook Time: 30 mins

Total Time: 40 mins
