An easy, yet healthy, delicious bread for bread machines. I just put it together one day and loved it!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups high protein crisp rice and wheat cereal
- 1 ¼ cups warm water (110 degrees F)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
