Strawberry-Yogurt Shake

Description

This quick strawberry shake is great on hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 1 (16 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries
  2. bananas
  3. half of the ice cubes
  4. and yogurt in a blender on high until smooth. Add the remaining ice and blend further until smooth again. Serve immediately.
