Chocolate Chip Bread II

Description

A wonderful chocolaty bread. You might want to turn the darkness control down on your machine so the bread doesn’t get too dark.

Ingredients

  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ΒΌ cup warm water
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select White Bread cycle; press Start.
  2. If your machine has a Fruit setting
  3. add chocolate chips at the signal
  4. or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.

Cook Time: 2 hrs 10 mins

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins
