White Bread III

Description

My mom received a Grand Champion on this bread at the county fair. My kids will only eat this bread.

Ingredients

• 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
• 3 ¼ cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• ¼ cup instant mashed potato flakes
• 1 ⅜ cups water

Instructions

1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select White Bread setting; press Start.
