A sweet, rich dinner bread my mother introduced to me many Thanksgivings ago.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 ½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract

Cook Time: 50 mins

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins
