Description

This yummy quick bread is a snap to make. There’s no better way to celebrate spring than by making a delicious rhubarb dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
