  • 1 cup chopped Medjool dates
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup tapioca starch
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
