Muesli-Applesauce Muffins

Description

They are juicy and crunchy. Try them and you’ll enjoy them! Muesli cereal is blend of cereal grains and can sometimes include dried fruits.

Ingredients

• 1 cup applesauce
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil
• ⅔ cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ cup water
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ground allspice
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 ¼ cups muesli cereal
• 1 cup raisins
