Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded apple
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 4 1/2-x 8 1/2-inch loaf pan.
- Mix flour
- baking powder
- baking soda
- salt
- sugar
- oil
- eggs
- apple
- walnuts
- and vanilla in a large bowl until dry ingredients are just moistened. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- 35 to 40 minutes.
