Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Description

This is an easy recipe that is also healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
  • ½ teaspoon white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix whole wheat flour
  2. all-purpose flour
  3. yeast
  4. sugar
  5. and salt in a large bowl using a spoon. Pour in water and oil; mix until dough no longer sticks to the bowl. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 to 8 minutes.
  6. Transfer dough to a greased bowl; cover bowl with a clean towel. Place bowl in the oven with the light turned on until risen
  7. about 1 hour.
